Standard lamp with metal post and wooden base. c. 1930. Later shade 50 cm diameter. Shaft is 165 cm high, base 26 cm diameter. Price is $220.
From the 1940s this classic standard lamp has some paint losses that we feel add to it’s charm. The “ballerina” shade is in largely very good condition with no faults to mention. Diffuser bowl in last photograph is of course included.

From Paris, a large Deco chest in natural oak from around 1930 ($1485). In the centre an elaborately carved standard lamp incorporating an occasional table ($525). And on the right an Australian antique hall stand in cedar. This elegant piece would appear to suit a larger lobby, or more compact entrance. Probably made around 1900, it is in excellent condition ($1090).
