An antique refectory table made in France and recently imported into Australia. A sensible and practical long and narrow table, great cofiguration for famiily or entertaining (or both?).

A truly magnificent oak hallstand made in France in the late 1800’s. Features include numerous hooks, drawer and cupboards (quite rare) for storage, sectioned solid brass umbrella or stick holders and the finest brass drip trays we have ever seen, almost a work of art in their own right.

An antique bedside cabinet made in France in the early1800’s and fitted with a marble top and an extremely rare pull out slide underneath the marble top.
There is an expansion split where the solid walnut boards have shrunk slightly over the last 200 years. This does not require attention and is an additional honorary scar of age.

A large original oil painting of poppies in the impressionist style from the early 1900’s. The frame is a little misleading in that it appears to be 1950’s. One of our knowledgable customers, experienced in this area, pointed out that the cream painted inner slip is probably early 20th century while the outer frame has been replaced. So easy when you know how!
Painted in Belgium, Holland or Northern France the next step is to try and decipher that signature. We have included a black and white shot if anyone has a clue.
