Desk Study Work Home Bookshelf

Worth a second look if working from home. Could accomodate a large screen/ monitor at the back, with huge bookshelf storage, yet a relatively small footprint. There is one more shelf included in the sale that has not been photographed. Please note that in our photos the desk is supported on blocks, this is due to the eccentric shape of our Victorian shop. The desk sits square and securely on a flat floor. Closer inspectiom reveals a warm cedar grain. Measurements are 105 cm wide, the desk 71cm deep and 78cm high. The overall bookcase height is 240cm, 99 cm wide and 30 cm deep. Note the shelves are adjustable. Some light scratches. Price $490

Desk Bureau French France Abattant Leather Top

French writing bureau, desk known in France as a secretaire a abattant. Leather, gold tooled writing surface with drawers in the compartment with pigeon holes, further cupboard space below. The mulicoloured marble top reminds us of the colours and shapes in a Klimt background, perhaps we are reading to much into that. Problems are not insignificant in that pieces of veneer are missing, please see specific photos. On the plus side these issues oblige us to take $500/$800 off what one would normally expect to pay for such an item. The desk is still entirely useable as is. Measurements are 76 cm wide 38 cm deep 130cm high. Price $490.

The desk while looking high in the photo, the desk is close to the correct height at 77 cm.
