Two comfortable and well sprung Edwardian armchairs. Originally made around 1910 this matching pair of chairs have been sympathetically and professionally restored. Springing and fabric condition is excellent and re-polishing is some of the best we have seen. Measurements are 70 cm wide, 80 cm deep and standing 110 cm high at the back.
Victorian desk or library table with two drawers and leather top writing surface. Good usable condtion with this practical veteran piece. Measurements are 140 cm wide x 76 cm deep and 75 cm x 75 cm high.
Antique chest of drawers made from cedar in Australia around 1900. It is becoming increasingly hard to find pieces of furniture in this rare timber. Measurements are 102 cm x 46 cm and 108 cm high.
Ice chest or early fridge without interior metal lining, making it more suitable for household use (but admittedly less useful as a fridge!). Made from ash around 1890/1920. Measurements are 57 cm x 52 cm deep and 116 cm high.
Antique early Australian meatsafe with original perforated zinc side panels (rare, normally replaced with flywire), one drawer and a two door cabinet with dividing shelf.. Above a decorative crest, backboard and further shelf for display. Measurements are 90 cm wide, and 40 cm deep, standing 150 cm high.
Tessa T4 lounge suite in black leather comprising two seater couch and 2 armchairs. The leather showing significant wear in places and some small tears on the underside of the couch. Otherwise in good usable condition, with the frames in excellent order. Measurements for the couch is 180 cm wide 90 cm deep and standing 80 cm high. The chairs have largely the same measurements excluding the width which is 75 cm.
Blackwood sideboard with good mirror back. Extensive incised carving on the doors and pierced work on the upper sides. Original handles, hinges, locks and keys. Measurements are 141 cm wide and 41 cm deep and standing 178 cm at the back top.
Round Parker coffee table with labels. Veneered top and solid wood steam bent legs. Please note there is significant wear and scratching on the top. While completely usable, this item would benefit cosmetically from repolishing of the top. Measurements are 62 cm diameter and standing 51 cm high.
An original painting by Mr. Kenneth Styles, architect and artist, of a French Chateau. An oil on board original work, attractively presented in a limed oak frame of the period. Measurements are 76 cm by 49 cm. The frame size 87 cm by 61 cm. Quite an interesting historical footnote with the advertising board visible from the back.
