Set of six (6) reproduction rush seated chairs in teak. Comprising four standard and two carvers, all very solid with braced legs. Please note the following faults. One standard chair is missing a decorative strap at the back, and one carver has a partly chewed rush seat.For both issues please see specific photographs. French writing bureau, desk known in France as a secretaire a abattant. Leather, gold tooled writing surface with drawers in the compartment with pigeon holes, further cupboard space below. The mulicoloured marble top reminds us of the colours and shapes in a Klimt background, perhaps we are reading to much into that. Problems are not insignificant in that pieces of veneer are missing, please see specific photos. On the plus side these issues oblige us to take $500/$800 off what one would normally expect to pay for such an item. The desk is still entirely useable as is.
